The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders in our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is understood to mean a natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business. A trader is understood to mean: a natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of a profession or business or who acts on his behalf.
2. Contractual partners, conclusion of the agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded with the company Ferdasco.
By presenting the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract with regard to these items. You can first place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your choices at any time before placing your binding order, by using the correction options offered and explained in the ordering process. The agreement is concluded by clicking the order button. Clicking the order button implies acceptance of the offer regarding the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after the order has been sent, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Agreement language and storage of the text of the agreement
The available language or languages for the conclusion of the contract: English
We save the text of the agreement and send you the details of the order and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can no longer view your previous orders online for security reasons.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may be charged. More information about the shipping costs can be found in the offers.
We ship the goods, unfortunately it is not possible to collect the goods by the customer. We do not deliver to a PO Box address.
In principle, the following payment methods are available in our shop: Paypal, Creditcard, SEPA, iDeal, Visa and almost every payment provider you can find online.
6. Damage during delivery
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must immediately notify the delivery person of this damage if possible and contact us as soon as possible. If you do not make a complaint or do not contact us, this will not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, in particular with regard to your legal right to warranty. But you help us to assert our own rights against the freight forwarder or the transport insurance company.
The legal guarantee applies. Information about any additional guarantees and the exact conditions that may apply can be found next to the product or, if applicable, on the separate information pages in the web store.

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or our agents
