3. Data processing for the purpose of transmission

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the carrier commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods.

We work together with these partners to process the payments in our online shop: technical service provider, credit institution, payment service provider.

In accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in the context of a balancing of interests, namely the purposes of a statistical evaluation of your user behavior on our website and to ensure a demand-oriented, user-friendly design and continuous optimization of our offers.

No cookies are used for tracking Jimdo. Your data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is automatically collected, aggregated and processed using pseudonymised user profiles for the stated purposes.
Your data is truncated, stored as a hash value and additionally encoded with a random value that changes every 24 hours. This prevents the identity of individual users from being traced. No further consolidation of the data takes place.

Our online presence on Facebook, Instagram

Insofar as you have given your consent to the respective social media operator in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, your data is automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes when you visit our online presences on the above-mentioned social media, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms.
